a) Superbagnères
The Superbagnères ski slopes have a cable car leading directly to the village of Bagnères de
Luchon. Thanks to this cable car, the Apsis Luchon hotel is in practice at the foot of the
slopes, as it is located only 100 metres from the cable car. This provides quick and easy access
from the hotel to the ski slopes, with no traffic jams, no queues and with all the advantages
that this implies.
The Superbagnères resorts is located in a unique setting. Located at 1,800 metres of altitude,
these ski slopes are surrounded by several of the most beautiful and highest peaks in the
Pyrenees. The mountains that surround the Pique Valley, where the Superbagnères resort is
located, offer the visitor a unique and stunning landscape. The massifs of Venasque and
Céciré are two of the peaks that exceed 3,000 metres in height and which the Superbagnères
skiers can contemplate while enjoying their favourite sport. In brief, it is an ideal resort for
those seeking a quiet place, without queues, perfect to enjoy a family holiday and very
pleasant to practice all types of mountain sports.
- Technical characteristics
| The station has 25 slopes (5 green, 8 blue, 6 red, 6 black) that make up a total skiable
domain of 30 kilometres, 15 ski lifts (1 cable car, 5 ski chair lifts, 9 surface lifts) with a total
capacity for 14,410 people/hour and 130 snow cannons. The Superbagnères ski slopes also
offer the visitor 1 snow park, 1 ski school, 1 children’s ski lift and one 4 km cross-country
skiing trail. |

b) Peyragudes
| The Peyragudes ski resort is 15 Km from Bagnères de Luchon. The slopes have a skiable
domain of 1,500 hectares that extend from Peyresourde to Les Agudes. These slopes are a
close, different alternative, which also offer the visitor a spectacular landscape with several
peaks exceeding 3,000 metres in height. This resort complements the offer of ski and
mountain activities in the area of Luchon and offers the interesting opportunity of getting to
know different slopes for those who wish to enjoy a long stay. |

- Technical characteristics
| The station has 43 slopes (5 green, 20 blue, 15 red, 3 black) 18 ski lifts, one snow park, 110
snow cannons, 2 ski schools, and one restaurant on the slopes. The slopes also have a Nordic
space, Peyresourde-Balestas, reserved and signposted for walks with snow rackets and
sleigh rides. |
